Our Teams

Our core work in AIESEC is built around international traineeships. Our sales team contacts and visits local companies and thus creates traineeships for foreign applicants. The students relations team arranges the selection process of local students going on a traineeship abroad, Talent Management is in charge of enabling the development of our members and recruitment, the Incoming Exchange team assists trainees coming to Tampere with practical matters, and the Communications team promotes AIESEC to students and companies.

Sales team
This team visits companies and public institutions in the Pirkanmaa area to encourage companies to offer internships through AIESEC. Due to language restrictions, active participation in the Sales team is currently limited to Finnish-speaking students.

Student relations (OGX) team
This team is responsible for promoting the Work Abroad program and organizing the selection of new trainees going abroad from Tampere. After the selections, the team members support the trainee to ensure that he/she will get a good traineeship swiftly. As a member of the OGX team, you are developing your presentation and interviewing skills.

Incoming Exchange (ICX) Team
This team receives foreign trainees and assists them with practicalities when they arrive to Finland.  This could include helping the trainee apply for a bank account, showing the new trainee around Tampere, or organizing a welcoming event.  The members of this team have the opportunity to learn person-to-person about a new culture.

Talent Management (TM) team
TM provides our members with new and interesting learning events, and is also in charge of recruitment. Additionally, the TM team arranges social and cultural evenings at both universities. The members of the TM team can actively use their imagination in developing new learning opportunities and organizing social events for our members.

Communications (Comm) Team
The communications team manages all the publicity material for AIESEC Tampere including the website, newsletters, brochures, and social networks.  The members of this team can use innovative marketing techniques to promote the AIESEC brand to students and companies.
