The new EB AIESEC Tampere has been elected!

Heartiest congratulations to the newly elected executive board of AIESEC Tampere for the term 2012/2013. The new EB AIESEC Tampere was elected in the spring General Assembly of AIESEC Tampere held on 15.03.2012. Candidates delivered motivational and inspirational speeches to compete for the nine executive board positions; Local Committee President, Local Committee Vice President, and six Vice President positions in: Projects, Talent Management, Communication, Sales, Outgoing Exchange, Finance and Incoming Exchange.
After having a close and nail biting competition among the candidates, the decision was made by the balloting of general assembly attendees. The elected board will lead the Local Committee of AIESEC Tampere for the whole year :)

Awesome welcome sauna with Julien Fourgeaud

AIESEC Tampere has organized welcome sauna successfully on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. This event was mainly focused to the people interested in AIESEC, internship abroad and personal branding.
The main highlight of this event was 'Julien Fourgeaud' from Rovio (Angry Birds) visiting as the host for Personal Branding discussion. He used to be in AIESEC approximately 10 years ago. He shared his experience and tips for us. Many of the participants were delighted to have him in the event. Participants fells that the discussion with Julien will help them in making positive impact to society.
Apart from personal branding, this event was also for people interested in AIESEC. AIESEC Tampere present themselves and discuss about AIESEC and its goals. This event also focus on internship program abroad. Some ideas and experience about internship abroad were shared. This event was further continued with food and sauna.
On behalf of AIESEC Tampere, we would like to give many thanks to our special guest 'Julien Fourgeaud' from his time. We would also like to thanks all the people involved in this event.

Info evening of AIESEC Tampere has completed successfully with the participation of hundreds of participants. This event was organized from 24th of January 2012 till 27th of January of 2012 at UTA, HAMK, TUT and TAMK. It was an opportunity to know more about the world's largest student run organization, which operates in more than one hundred countries and consists of more than 60000 members. Participants were very curious and excited to learn more about AIESEC and they were thankful to the organizer for hosting such events.

Congratulation for successful Pre x-mas party 2011

The jolly season of Christmas is knocking our door. As a tradition, AIESEC Tampere has successfully organised Pre X'mas party 2011 with the participation of approximately 40 participants. This time we have great opportunity to meet many AIESECers from Tampere. As we know that exchanging of gifts is one of the core aspect the modern Christmas celebration. AIESEC Tampere also couldn't stay far from it and exchanging of gifts was one of the interesting activities held on this event.
