Conferences & Seminars

One of the greatest features of AIESEC are its conferences. They are places for our members to expand their knowledge, participate in trainings held by our partners and meet new people from around the world. AIESEC in Finland has 4 main national conferences and the Local Committee in Tampere has its own local seminars for our new members. In addition to these activities, we also organize training weekends for our members.

Local seminars

Info Evening & Orientation Evenings – Our induction events are organized in the beginning of every semester to give prospective members a look at what AIESEC is about. These events are open for all.

Local AIESEC Seminar – Organized also every semester the local seminar is a 2-3 day event that usually takes place at a cottage near Tampere. In this seminar our new members get a deeper look into AIESEC and can start finding a team for themselves within the local committee.

National conferences

ACCESS – An autumn conference organized in October. Mainly directed at new members but also with a lot of content for experienced members.

NatConf – The official national conference of AIESEC in Finland organized in January. This is where, among other things, the national board is elected.

SUCCESS – A spring conference for both new and experienced members organized in March. We start wrapping up the term and celebrate the successes.

InPut – A planning conference organized in April. This one is for the new leaders of local committees who will start their term in the spring.

International conferences

In addition to the above, the members of AIESEC in Finland participate actively to international conferences. Examples of these are:

ScaLDS, the Scandinavian Leadership Development Seminar held annually together with the other Scandinavian Countries.

EuroCo, the conference for Local Committee Presidents held annually in the Western Europe region.

WeGrow, the conference for Local Committee Vice Presidents held annually in the Western Europe region.

WenaLDS, the Western Europe and North America Leadership Development Seminar for people in leadership position, held annually in the Western Europe region.

EuroXPro, the conference for people in leadership position held annually in the Europen region.

International Congress, the conference for national representatives of all AIESEC countries, held annually.
